Help a friend
Bad breathing habits that go undetected have a insidious effect upon
all the bodily systems.
all the bodily systems.
You can go without food and water for some length of time but your
breath is limited so make it the best it can be.
Everyone takes note and acknowledges your 1st breath, the day your
born, as well as your last breath, the day you pass away.
So the quality of those thousands of breaths in-between is up to you to
take conscious control of,to train your bodies breathing process and
keep it educated so you are healthy, mentally and physically.
Situational Apnea( holding of breath) throughout your day can go
undetected and cause you untold health problems.
So take the test, its free and only takes minutes.

Breathing Reflections
The past year’s reflections, by going through each month and individual weeks seeking out the emotions of happiness, sadness, anxieties, challenges the many feelings we have on the daily weekly monthly basis, for they are always changing.
The sad times of losing a loved one, a friend and anyone that was close but the important thing is, is how they contributed to your life, rejoicing in those wonderful memories, the fun, the emotional support that they gave you, the thoughts of them make the tears start to roll, is this the part of the grieving process, the clearing the clarification of the happiness they brought to us. All these thoughts and feelings been etched in our minds never to be lost always to be felt in our moments of unsuspecting solitude. They should not be thoughts to bring you down, but positive thoughts of the love passion and admiration for these individuals that have left us.
Equally the times of happiness, the social gatherings and if you’re lucky the travels you've been on, the fun experience of laughter of those wonderful small events in your daily life. Waking up with a smile and sharing the chirpy good morning with people that you pass in your too throw of life, your coming and going, your ebb and flow. Reflect upon the small things, the small interactions with others the fun that you shared, a comment, and a joke or just the body language of happiness, all these things the small little 1% that help us to be 100% mentally and physically balanced. To help us with this to be consciously aware is our breathing and how it changes, how it changes and adapts to each given situation of happiness sadness. Informing us and potentially teaching us how to handle ourselves with these wonderful roller-coaster emotions of life. It's not about controlling them or suppressing them it's about experiencing them and our breathing is a big part of it. And by being aware of what our breath is doing in these moments it would naturally guide the body through these moments not letting the physical response to be excessive, not letting the mental response spiral out of control. By feeling and listening to your breath and being consciously aware at all times with your emotions you could divert the negative, physical and cognitive build-ups.

losing weight
Breath work training and ed-ducation helps you to have a better understudy that you are on the right path.
When your breathing is balanced with the support and visual feedback technology, capnometer, you have the confidence to practice better breathing habits.
By making sure your co2 levels are constantly level and above 35mmgh, your bodies natural pH balance will be consistent and therefore helping the digestive juices to break down the contents. This has been substantiated by a brilliant article publishing in the times.

OVER 23 POINTS THEN YOU MAY HAVE poor BREATHING HABITS
You
can change this result by having your breathing pattern assessed and learning
how to breathe as we are meant to.
How do you know if you are
overbreathing?
Answer the
following questions:
Can you hear yourself breathe? Do you often sigh? Do you breathe through your mouth?
Is your nose continually blocking? Do you
have anxiety attacks? Do you yawn excessively?
Do you wheeze? Do you get short of breath?
Can you feel the upper chest move when you
breathe?
Do you have an irritable cough? Do you get asthma following a chest
infection?
Do you clear your throat often? Do you get
headaches or dizziness?
Are you anxious
for no apparent reason?
Do you
wake in the morning still feeling tired even though you have slept through the
night?
Do you pant? Do you blow your nose excessively?
If you
answer ‘yes’ to 2 or more of these
questions, you are most likely hyperventilating (hypocapnia).
